Allow us to introduce Barbara Killeen, our Countryside Executive, with an impressive tenure of 26 years with IFA, 15 of which have been dedicated to IFA Countryside, Barbara is a familiar and trusted voice for many of our members.

Her warm and friendly demeanour, coupled with her wealth of knowledge, has made her an invaluable point of contact for our members. As the first point of contact, Barbara ensures that your membership experience is seamless and enjoyable from the very beginning.
Barbara’s responsibilities go beyond managing memberships. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing various crucial aspects of our operations. From managing our marketing efforts and communications to policy advocacy, Barbara ensures that our members are kept informed about important developments and initiatives.
With her extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the countryside area, Barbara is well-equipped to address your enquiries and provide valuable insights. She graduated from UCD in Rural Development, and her continuous pursuit of knowledge has led her to undertake further studies in numerous relevant areas.
